    In 1947 Frank Radford's father started a construction business. Frank joined the business after graduation from Virginia Tech in 1958. His son, David joined the company in 1988.

    Much of the exterior maintenance in most Radford Homes communities is handled by a Homeowner's Association or Property Owners Association. This may include roof replacement/repair, trim paint, grass mowing and re-seeding, landscaping, snow and leaf removal. For specific information on each community, please refer to the HOA documents posted to each community.
